MIMcardiac automatically detects left ventricular myocardial edges and calculates ventricular volume and ejection fraction for both PET and SPECT 4D image volumes. MIMcardiac also provides both 2D and 3D contour editing tools.

Fusion of myocardial borders generated from PET/SPECT image volumes with CTCA has validated the automatic edge detection technique for endocardium, epicardium, and base.
