Viability
MIMcardiac provides automatic and manual alignment of multimodality cardiac image volumes.
MIMcardiac generates normalized difference images from aligned image volumes, the third row of these image sets. Default normalization is maximum myocardial counts but can be altered by the operator.
Difference images are presented in percent of the normalization count levels. Regions of decreased perfusion and increased glucose metabolism are highlighted as blue overlays in the difference images.
