Fast and Efficient Therapy Response Assessment
MIMcontouring and MIMcontouring Advanced provide fast and efficient tools for multimodality therapy response assessment and patient diagnosis that will optimize your therapy response workflow.
I have been using MIM for PET/CT reviews for a few years now, and find it far superior to several other PET/CT review platforms I have used. MIM outperforms other platforms when it comes to the follow-up of cancer patients for assessment of interval change after therapy.
User-friendly features of MIM makes it very convenient to coregister multiple sets of images (PET and CT original and follow up studies), and correct for any mis-registrations due to patient motion, etc. In addition, the 3D volumetric tumor analysis for more accurate assessment of global tumor change is surprisingly easy to use and accurately reproducible."

Automatic registration of any number of comparison exams, using customizable workflows, saves valuable time. Tumors can be compared quickly and easily across time-points through the linked exams.
Powerful segmentation tools, such as PET Edge, allow all of the tumors in the baseline and follow-up exams to be segmented accurately in seconds. PET Edge is a robust and easy-to-use tool for precise and consistent tumor segmentation.1 Important quantitative information is provided including SUVmax, SUVmean, Functional Volume, and Total Glycolytic Activity (Functional Volume x SUVmean).
All contour statistics can be exported to a spreadsheet and along with captured images can be added to customizable reports for your referring physicians using MIM’s flexible new Reporting Tool. All contours created in MIM can be saved as RT Structs with their respective images and can be sent to RT planning systems for enhanced workflow in oncology.
Differences between exams can be quickly found using MIM’s Subtraction Analysis Tools. Subtraction images can be fused to a CT for more accurate anatomical localization of the changes between the exams.
Advanced CT/MR Segmentation Tools allow quantitative statistics to be easily obtained from anatomical modalities (CT/MR) including volume, maximal tumor cross-sectional diameter (RECIST), and maximal perpendicular tumor diameters (WHO).
The new automatic RECIST/WHO Tool provided in MIMcontouring Advanced eliminates the tedious task of manually scrolling through slices of a tumor to look for the longest diameter.
MIM’s Therapy Response Assessment is a powerful tool providing the functionality and information needed by diagnostic and referring physicians for enhanced patient care.
